SNGPL revises gas load shedding schedule for textile sector

The Sui Northern Gas Company Ltd (SNGPL) has revised gas load shedding schedule for textile industry by reducing it to two days from five days, and All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA) Punjab has thanked SNGPL for such a decision.

Managing committee of APTMA Punjab have expressed their gratitude over MD SNGPL, A Rashid Lone’s decision for ensuring equitable sharing of the burden of gas load management program on all respective sectors.

Moreover, the efforts for representing energy security concerns of textile industry, taken by the chairman APTMA Punjab, Gohar Ejaz and Convener Energy Committee, Shahzad Ali Khan, were also appreciated by the committee.

The chairman APTMA Punjab and Convener Energy Committee had asked for an equitable sharing of gas load management program by respective sectors, to the MD SNGPL and demanded him to revise the burden of gas load shedding for the textile industry.
