1. Background and objectives: Humen, is a town within the borders of Dongguan city, on the eastern side of the Bocca Tigris on the east bank of the Pearl River Delta, in Guangdong province. There are many professional companies specializing in market, logistics, warehousing, distribution, R&D and transportation in Humen. The Human garment industry as a whole benefits from the developing in its own way, including Non-OEM, OEM, self-brand and famous brand development modes. Humen already possesses national well-known trademark, three national brand products, 11 national inspection- free products, 13 famous trademarks of Guangdong province and 11 famous-brand products.
Brand plays a vital role as a key success in providing higher profit margins with the impact of globalization. The strategy of building brand will yield positive effect during the 12th five-year plans in Humen. 2011 Sino-U.S. Humen Garment Brands Cooperation Seminar aimed at promoting Sino-U.S. clothing brand strategic cooperation, discussion on the development of apparel brands, enhancing the international channels of Humen garment brands.
