Our inkjet or waxjet engraver allows us to image fast and cost-effective engravings of rotary screens waxjet at 1100 - 1300 dpi.



The Screen is constantly air pressured in order to keep it perfectly round. The waxjet print head jets wax onto the coated screen. After UV-exporsure in the same machine the masked emulsion remains soft and can be developped washed away with the wax by water.,Both medias are drain safe. After development the screen is polimerized in a high temperature owen.
