The National Technology Awards were released on Jan. 11st in Beijing. Six textile achievements were acquired those awards. "High Efficient Short-flow Embedded Composite Spinning Technology and Industrialization" by Shandong Ruyi Group, Wuhan Science & Technology Institute, Xi'an Engineering University, and Shandong Ruyi Wool Textile Co., Ltd., was granted Class One Award.
Two projects were granted Class Two Awards: "gel spinning high tensile high modulus polyethylene fiber continuous weftless fabric??, by Shandong University, Ningbo Dacheng New Material Co., Ltd. Hunan Zhongtai Specialty Equipment Co., Ltd., Zhongfang Investment & Development Co., Ltd. and one unit of PLA; "the research and application of compound electrically conductive fibre", by China Textile Science and Research Institute, Tianjin Industrial University, and one unit of PLA.
Besides, "the physical and chemical study of the interface of antibacterial fiber material functionalization process", by Xu Bingshe and Wei Liqiao; "the microwave electrodeless ultraviolet light catalytic oxidation treatment and recycle technology" by Zeng Qingfu and Xia Dongsheng; and "the PTEF composite membrane co-tensile and Laminated coating technology" by Guo Yuhai and Zhang Jianchun, were granted Class Two National Technology Invention.
According to Li Jinbao, the Director of Technology Development Department of CNTAC, those six achievements were only a small part of the progress of Chinese textile industry in past few year. Many other good projects havenot been recommended to compete the national technology awards. Next month, Intenatoinal Wool Textile Association will have a press conference next month to introduce the "High Efficient Short-flow Embedded Composite Spinning Technology and Industrialization" to the whole industry. CNTAC is devoted to the progress of textile technology for a long time.
