It may be for one of the following reasons:

1, Length of the pass word you set is against the standard.

Length of the pass word must be set between 6 an 15 characters. Any pass word longer or shorter will not be accepted by the system.

2, The pass word you input include invalid characters.

The pass word could only constitute of letters (a-z) and numbers (0-9). Other characters such as interpunctions, blank, * and @ are not accepted by the system.

3, The pass word you input is completely same with you ID.

In order to assure the security of online information, the system demands that there must be something different between the pass word and ID.
